Tired of investing in leadership training for your managers, sales teams, high-potential employees, or executives and seeing minimal return?  Have you had it with feeling trapped indoors doing online trainings?  Are you looking for innovative, off-site-but-local workshops (within an hour’s drive) for your team that go beyond “teambuilding” and have proven results to improve employee engagement, advance inclusion & diversity initiatives, and improve organizational performance metrics?  Do you want your people to achieve more productivity, less stress, higher engagement & fulfillment, and ultimately higher sales and profits?  The Pittsburgh Polo Club partners with Leadership Adventures to provide world-class, experiential leadership development workshops that leverage parallels between leading horses and leading people to help you increase retention of the leadership concepts while getting some fresh air.  That means your team gets to learn and practice leadership skills by learning from and working with horses!  This allows them to get safely out of their comfort zone in a low-risk environment – which improves learning and retention by 50% or more.  And, since these workshops focus on working with horses in small teams versus riding horses, everyone can participate!  Join us for one of our 1-day, experiential leadership development workshops with your team on one of the leadership topics below:

  • Trust-Based Leadership: Becoming a Trusted Advisor
  • Strengths-Based Leadership (using the CliftonStrengths Assessment)
  • Strengths-Based Selling
  • Patient-Centered Leadership
  • Leading Remotely
  • The 4 Disciplines of Execution
  • Other (let’s discuss your specific leadership development topic and build an equine-based experiential workshop for your team!)

Our Leadership Adventures workshops are accredited by SHRM and HRCI, so HR professionals can earn credits through these workshops:
